The Victorian Health Building Authority (VHBA) is a Project Office within the Victorian Infrastructure Delivery Authority (VIDA).

They are responsible for the planning and delivery of the Victorian Government’s multibillion-dollar health infrastructure program. The Challenge

VHBA needed a robust solution to centralise and manage project deliverables, including models, data, and as-built documents, as they transitioned to the Autodesk Construction Cloud. They aimed to maintain an accurate and up-to-date repository for all existing facilities while ensuring the capture and storage of Project Information Models (PIMs) at each project stage.

The Solution

Cadgroup provided ongoing consulting and advisory support, guiding VHBA through their implementation of the ACC. Key initiatives included:

    3. Training and Templates: Delivering high-level training on ACC tools and creating two tailored project templates to streamline VHBA’s processes.

Customisation of ACC Templates

Cadgroup customised the ACC project templates for VHBA in the following ways:
