Transaction Model – Changes

What are the upcoming changes?
Starting November 13th, 2023, the transaction and payment of your Autodesk Subscription will take place directly with Autodesk and through your Autodesk Account portal.
  • Quotes and Invoices for both New Subscriptions and Renewals will come directly from within the Autodesk System
  • Your payments will be accessible inside your Autodesk Account and payable via credit cards, PayPal, or direct debit.
  • More and instant control over your changes to your renewals in your Account.
What will NOT be impacted?
  • Your Cadgroup Account Manager is still your first point of contact for all purchases.
  • Your Technical services remain with Cadgroup Australia.
  • We will continue to play a critical role by offering specialised expertise and consultation. Cadgroup is still your main contact for pre-sale advice and post-sale support including onboarding and additional services.
  • No changes to the contracted software or purchases you have will be made.
