Using Quick RFI Create with the ACC AI Agent

Autodesk has introduced a new enhancement for customers with EBA and Value-Based agreements:

Quick RFI Create, an AI-powered feature that allows creators to generate RFIs on the web using natural, conversational language.

Instead of filling out every field manually, users can now enter a prompt in everyday spoken language. The AI interprets your prompt and automatically populates the key sections of the RFI creation form.

1. Enter Your Prompt

Start by typing a clear prompt describing the question.

  1. AI Populates the RFI Fields

    The ACC AI Agent will generate:

  • RFI Title
  • Location details
  • Primary question
  • Cost impact (if applicable)
  • Schedule impact (if applicable)
  • Other contextual fields

This saves time and helps standardize the quality and clarity of RFIs across project teams.


3. Verify and Adjust
