Define and use keys to automate the addition of consistent schedule information.
Revit Key Schedules are very powerful when you need to assign set of parameter values to multiple elements. Let’s say that you need to fill the room finishes for multiple rooms. Usually there is certain logic. For example when we are talking about offices – all the offices in the project will have the same room finishes. Or if there are restrooms- all the restrooms in the project will have the same room finishes.
Revit Key Schedules allows you to store values for set of parameters under keys. It is the tool for when you need to apply several properties at once for your components. It is very helpful to refill values based on applying keys to revit elements.
