H-LINE Pipe Fittings ADD-ON components for the PLANT 3D Catalogue “Pharma ALFA LAVAL Pipes & Fittings.pcat”

This content pack is intended for piping designers that require accurate representation and connectivity of High Purity pipe and fittings for Pharmaceutical or Food Industry projects.

H-LINE ferrules and caps come in Male and Female configuration and are connected with TriClamp fasteners. This configuration is not accurately represented in the “Pharma ALFA LAVAL Pipes & Fittings.pcat” catalogue.
Cadgroup have developed H-LINE componentry and provide it at no cost as a single example of the multiple high purity content that has been developed by Cadgroup for the Pharmaceutical and Food & Beverage industries.

This H-LINE ContentPak includes a template project setup for pharma projects, additional EndCodes, a revised connection configuration file, included custom TriClamp fasteners, revised isometric mapping file, as well as the H-LINE extract of Cadgroup’s Add-On catalogue pcat file and H-LINE spec pspc and pspx files.
• All block based 3D CAD primitives have been downloaded from vendor websites or modelled from dimensional data.
• Component EndCodes have been developed to ensure components connect in the model as the manufacturer intended
• Connection Settings have been updated to ensure correct connection behaviour of male and female ferrules, caps, clamps, gaskets and fittings while modeling
• SKEY to Isometric Symbol mapping xml file has been updated
